There is no other campaign in America that is putting campaign resources to good use like my campaign is.
The Instant Impact Program for my campaign focuses on providing immediate relief for people in the district facing economic hardships. Covid-19 has caused dramatic and disturbing levels of food insecurity and unemployment. These are issues that many in my district can't face without a little assistance. Hunger relief organizations were already being stretched thin with more than 1 in 5 kids in the district food insecure, as of 2018. Food insecurity have persisted and my Republican opponent is more focused on lining his wallet with our tax dollars than working to help those in need. Too often, politicians only tell you what they are going to do. We don't have time for rhetoric and empty promises. The time to act is NOW. Our citizens can't wait. Children are going hungry, and I won't let that happen. |
In the 2020 Midterms, more than $700 Million was
spent on paid media. Imagine how much of an Instant Impact a fraction of that amount could have had? |
While our Instant Impact Program is not limited to hunger relief, we thought it was one of the most expedient ways to address needs in the district. We will also be making contributions to Veterans' Nonprofits in the district.
As you can see from the graph below, 2 in 5 Children on average - more in some places - don't know where their next meal is coming from. These stats are from 2020, during Covid. These already high numbers have ballooned with wage stagnation and inflation. We can help simply by supporting hunger relief organizations in the district.
Good Governance
All too often, our elected officials are beholden to their campaign donors.
I believe in being accountable to my donors, the people. Everyone. The people donating to my campaign are not corporate PACs or big business. They want me to help them, legislatively.
